Territory Manager
The interview process started with an automated, computer-based screening where I had to record myself answering questions. A big miss was that they didn't properly screen me beforehand, asking if I was willing to relocate to a different geographical area during the last automated question. This is a crucial sales-related point that should have been addressed before setting up the interview, given that territories can vary significantly in size.

District Manager
It's a long process from start to finish. You really need to talk about your skills with Salesforce. Don't worry about knowing animal nutrition, it's not a big deal. We'll discuss problem-solving abilities. Expect a lot of basic interview questions. Make sure to ask a lot about the benefits, as getting clear answers can be tough. Also, discuss the bonus.

The interview process included a panel interview with two people, the Regional Manager and HR, who asked behavioral questions from a script. This company is owned by Mars. The interview was conducted by the Regional Manager, followed by a phone interview with the Director. Overall, it was not a difficult interview if you are prepared to answer behavioral questions.
