The interview process started with an automated, computer-based screening where I had to record myself answering questions. A big miss was that they didn't properly screen me beforehand, asking if I was willing to relocate to a different geographical area during the last automated question. This is a crucial sales-related point that should have been addressed before setting up the interview, given that territories can vary significantly in size.
