The interview process involved a few steps. First, there was an online logic test. Then, an automated online interview that asked about past experiences in specific situations and how you handled them or what you would advise others on topics like decision-making and teamwork. This interview lasted about 30-40 minutes. Finally, there was an interview with the department, which was very nice and relaxed. The questions were fair, and the interviewers were very likable. Even though I ultimately declined the offer because I had a better opportunity, the process was pleasant.

The selection process was well organized by a third-party HR company. Besides group dynamics and English and logic tests, there is an intermediate online Excel test and a phone English test. In the final interview with the managers, they ask a lot of personal questions.
