HR usually arranges a phone interview with the managing editor. If they're interested, they'll invite you for an in-person interview. I got hired pretty fast because the previous person was moving out of the country and I only had a few days to get trained. There's a lot of people leaving, so if you don't get picked for one job, you might be able to apply again soon for a different role.

I really liked how fast everything moved, from them getting back to me after I applied to setting up the interview and the interview itself. Everyone was super nice too, both in the emails and when I was there. They gave me a proofreading test which wasn't too tricky. All in all, it was a good experience.

The interview was pretty short. It involved a video interview, but they didn't give any feedback on the samples I sent. After I sent work over for review, they stopped responding to emails.
