I had a screening call with an HR rep, then an in-person interview with 2 people at the office, and finally I was asked to complete an editing test at home and submit it.

The interview process included a phone screening call and then an hour-long Zoom meeting. I met with the Acquisitions Editor and her previous assistant. I didn't get the job offer, or any kind of update.

HR usually arranges a phone interview with the managing editor. If they're interested, they'll invite you for an in-person interview. I got hired pretty fast because the previous person was moving out of the country and I only had a few days to get trained. There's a lot of people leaving, so if you don't get picked for one job, you might be able to apply again soon for a different role.

Behavioral Technical

I talked with the VP of production, the manufacturing director, and the manufacturing associate I'd be working with. We met in a small conference room, which was a bit intimidating at first, but they were all really nice and helped me relax. When I got stuck on a question, they'd crack a joke or give me a little help to ease my nerves.
