So I had this 90 minute virtual interview, with 4 people from different times. They talked about different ways systems engineering is used and how to suceed in the company. They also asked what are some of my strengths and weaknesses are.

It wasn't a technical interview. I had to meet one on one with about 4 different engineers. I am an electrical engineering major and it seems like this location has mostly chemical engineering majors and the main focus of this division is in pharmaceutical development. There was one of the interviewers who met with me on zoom which seemed like a manager or something. He was the only person I didn’t click with. He didn’t seem all that interested especially since he didn’t bother showing up in the office. The rest of the interviews were a pleasure to talk with. They were engaging and helped answer my questions.
