This interview process was super long and took forever. First, I talked to someone who seemed like a recruiter. Then, I had to do a video interview on my phone, which felt weird, like I was just talking to myself. After that, I went in for an onsite interview with two managers. Finally, I had to go back again to meet with the VP for the department. In the end, I didn't get the job, and it took them more than two weeks to tell me, even after I followed up twice. I bet they wouldn't have said anything if I hadn't reached out. It felt like they were leading me on for a job I didn't even get, especially since it's just a regular call center job and not some big executive position. It was one of the worst interview experiences I've had with a financial company.

It was a standard interview, but the managers were young. They talked about how they micromanage, which is not ideal for these types of workers. You should check the employee reviews, they are accurate. I think the company would do better if they hired the right people. The interviewers didn't know any company performance metrics and couldn't answer some of my questions, which I think upset them and made me look bad. I was initially happy about the interview, but after meeting the managers, I'm glad I didn't get the position because they don't seem knowledgeable in accounting.

After applying for the Encompass Administrator position, with my 2+ years of experience as an Encompass administrator, a bachelor's degree in Software Development, and 8 years in the mortgage industry as an LO, Processor, and Underwriter, I felt I was treated unfairly due to my gender. I was informed that I was not qualified for the admin role and would need to begin in an entry-level IT help desk position for one to two years. I would not suggest interviewing with this company.

It took about three weeks from when I applied to when I got the offer. The process involved an application, then three interviews: one phone call and two one-on-one chats. After that, there was a background check. They extended an offer with a start date three weeks later, which was enough time to give my notice. It was a good experience overall!
