First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Roth Staffing.
Business Solutions Manager
I had a good time talking with the Roth Staffing people. One thing that was a little tough though was that they wouldn't tell me about the pay until the very end. I couldn't get a document explaining the commission structure, they just talked about it. It made me a bit iffy.
- Could you complete a detailed survey covering aspects like company culture and personal characteristics after the initial interviews?
- Tell me about your ideal team and workplace environment.
Business Solutions Manager
I had three Zoom calls, one with a recruiter, one with the manager, and then one with a VP. Each of these calls lasted between 45 and 90 minutes. After that, I had to complete a writing assessment and a personality assessment. The final step was an in-person lunch with one of the executives. The whole thing took about two and a half weeks, and they were pretty chill about scheduling.
- Can you share more about your current job and how it connects to what we're looking for here?
- What kind of results or metrics did you achieve in your current role?
- What are you hoping to find in a team environment?
Business Solutions Manager
It was a 3 interview process but they scheduled the interviews within a week of each other so that the process wasn’t dragged out. Interview 1: Interview with the Branch Manager. Mine spent time talking about the values and culture of the company and took the time to get to know me. Interview 2: Interview with the Branch Manager and Regional Leader. This was more detailed. We discussed metrics and the KPIs I met at my former agency. Interview 3: Culture Interview with Branch Manager and another company employee. They ask how you will enliven the company values and a lot of questions about your values.
- How will you contribute to and enhance the company culture?
