They went over my resume with me and asked about my past experiences. They also asked about what I consider my strengths and weaknesses. It felt like a really helpful and personal conversation. They offered me the job and matched me with a contract role about a day or two later. Before they asked if I wanted to interview with the company, they told me what the company was looking for. I said yes, and they gave me some tips on how to do well in the interview. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. A few hours after that, the agency called to say they wanted me, told me about the pay and hours, and then asked if I would accept the job offer.

After a warm greeting from the receptionist, I waited in an office for a bit longer than I expected, maybe 10 minutes. The interviewer was really friendly and found something we had in common to talk about. She went over some of the duties and responsibilities on my resume, and then asked about my goals and what I'm looking for in a role. The one surprising part was being asked to record a 3-5 minute personal video introducing myself, my skills, what I'm seeking, and my reasons why. They were very understanding about giving me chances to re-record if I wasn't happy with it. Overall, it was a good experience!

The interview wasn't too tough, and the people working there were nice. It involved a general background check and a computer test on basic Office software, which was done in a separate room. I also had to record a short video introducing myself and going over my past work experience for potential employers. I didn't feel stressed out at all during the whole thing; the tests were pretty easy to figure out.
