I saw a job online from Ledgent (part of Roth Staffing) and applied. A recruiter from that office called me and scheduled an in-person interview, which was the actual job interview. it was short but very detailed, specific, casual. There were two interviews. The first with the accountant, then the owner and business partner. It was a lay-back interview. The first interview, questions were about qualifications, skills, education, past experience, previous jobs, goals and responsibilities. The second interview was about the company, questions about current job, benefits and compensation. The second interview was a quick one.
