Sales Representative
Applied Online. Then HR called for a Phone Interview. After 2 Weeks, I had a Face to Face Interview with the Location Center Manager. I was called back for a 2nd Face to Face Interview with the Regional and Area Manager. A week later, I went in for a Final Interview with another LCM and Area Manager. A week after that, I got the offer. I accepted the offer the next day and was given a starting date. However, the very next day after accepting, I was told that the LCM and Area Manager I interviewed with resigned, and my position would be on hold until further notice. 3 Weeks later, I got a call and was able to start with a new Regional Manager and a fill-in LCM.
- Given two dominant competitors, what strategies would you employ to compete and secure business from assigned accounts?
Sales Representative
I interviewed with the location manager, area manager, and regional manager. They each asked me questions. It was a really good interview. They made me feel like part of the company even before I was hired, very personable.
- How would you approach dealing with doctors who have big egos?
Sales Representative
It was a very basic phone interview, then an in-person meeting with the local manager, followed by a meeting with the regional manager, and finally with the VP. They mostly asked the same standard questions and were looking for B2B or medical experience.
- Can you share an instance where you achieved success?
- Describe a situation where you did not succeed.
- What are your strengths?
