The process involved on-campus recruiting and informational interviews, followed by a phone screening call. After that, I submitted my cover letter and resume through the online portal. The interviewers reviewed my application materials before I had 4 back-to-back interviews with senior staff and managers at the NYC office.

I found out about this internship at a career fair at my school. I talked to the recruiter there and set up an interview for 3 days later. Before that, I had to go online and complete an application, which included a test. When the interview day came, I went in and spoke with the manager of the store I'd be interning at. He asked me 2 questions I'd never heard before, but the rest were pretty standard. I asked him what else was involved in the interview process, and he told me that was it. He mentioned he had a few more people to interview that day and the next, and then he'd decide. He called me a few days after that to come in and go over the offer.

I started with a phone interview with HR that lasted about an hour. It was really comfortable and conversational. We chatted about my major, past work, and current trends. After that, I had 4 more interviews at their NY offices. These were similar to the first one where I met with buyers and planners. They used these to see who would be a good fit.
