Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quick, with just a few questions about my experience and how I'd used it in a specific scenario. The whole thing felt relaxed, friendly, and efficient.

Customer Service Representative
I got a call for an interview, and then went in the next day. It was a group interview with a few other people. They let us know on the spot if we got the job.
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Customer Service Associate
I applied online and got a call almost immediately for an in-person interview the next day. The first interview was with the Area Supervisor and felt like a phone screen, asking about my availability and desired work hours. Then, I had another interview scheduled with the General Manager for the day after that. The final interview involved both the General Manager and Assistant Manager, where they asked common questions like why I wanted to work for Ross and about past experiences. They offered me the job at the end of that interview.
- Tell me about your availability.
- How many hours are you looking to work?
- What makes you want to work for Ross?
