The interview process was pretty standard. They mainly asked me about myself, my schooling, my favorite and least favorite courses, my dream job, and my experience. The interviewer was nice and seemed welcoming at first, but then she seemed kind of bothered and like she was just rushing through the questions. Overall, it was a pretty average interview experience.

The interview was in person and focused on my personality and customer interaction skills. The manager was upfront about the job expectations and the pay, which I appreciated. Since I'm bilingual and the store is in a bilingual area, I felt the role was a good fit.
