The whole process was pretty quick, taking about 2-3 weeks. Just 3 days after applying, I got an invite for the first interview. It was a good chat where I learned more about Rosewood and met the CBO and another lady who were both really nice. After that, I got an email for a second interview that included an assessment. This assessment was quite involved, covering things like recommending a new idea, choosing platforms, designing a user journey, fixing website problems, redesigning the homepage, and creating an eDM. It touched on technical aspects, platform choices, collaboration tools, UX issues (even though I had to create the customer journey myself without any data), UI design, and eDM design. I usually don't do assessments, but the people I met were so great that I felt it would be a good place to work, so I went ahead and did it. I spent several days on it and then presented it last week to a larger group. The new CIO really grilled me on my platform choices, my UX suggestions (he seemed to think he was the user and lacked empathy, a common UX bias), and why I hadn't worked in Scrum or Agile before. He also asked for proof when I mentioned the hotel booking site had speed issues after I tested it. It was funny because I figured he or his team should have found those issues themselves, rather than needing me, a potential user, to point them out. He should be the one finding and fixing problems, not acting like he knows everything. He should learn humility from his grandfather (the current CEO's grandfather). His intellectual arrogance really clashed with the Rosewood brand.

Went through a multi-step process here. Had to do a project that I presented at the end. Talked to several managers, including my department head, the HR person, and the Managing Director. Overall, it was a smooth and quick process.
