Started with a recruiter call from someone overseas who found my resume online. They were persistent, so I agreed to speak with them about the role, which was described as a 6-month state job opportunity, something I'd been contacted about before. They offered only $9 an hour. I submitted an application, but there was no actual interview. I was hired based on my resume and underwent fingerprinting, which they paid for, though it wasn't done by the company directly. After doing some research, I realized it was a scam. It's baffling how there are good reviews. This just happened to me. Save your time, identity, and energy. I never had a drug test, met my supposed boss face-to-face, or had a formal interview beyond the initial 'Are you interested?' question.

This interview process was tough if you weren't ready, but a breeze if you were prepared, like I was. The interviewers asked some really serious questions and maintained strong eye contact.
