Customer Service Representative
It was a really easy interview over the phone. Scheduling was flexible and the interviewer was friendly and knew their stuff. The questions were spot on for the job and asked about my thoughts on what customer service means.
- What draws you to customer service?
- Could you define customer service?
Customer Service Representative
Got a call, and the person on the other end told me that the jobs I applied for aren't actually available in my area, even though the job postings said they were remote and work-from-home. So, I was basically told to keep searching for other jobs.
- Was the recruiter's speech clear?
Customer Service Representative
I answered some questions via email, and then I got a call to confirm them. The recruiter mentioned they would send my application to their client. I'm a bit worried about some details they asked for, but I don't think it'll be a major issue.
- Can you work online?
