The interview process was really smooth, well-organized, and friendly. It started with an HR intro, then a 1-hour take-home technical assessment. After that, there was a round to discuss the coding results, followed by a collaborative React technical interview. The final stage was a culture-fit and behavioral interview. The technical round felt like pair-programming and problem-solving discussion. HR was communicative and gave fast feedback. They let me pick my own interview times from a calendar, which was thoughtful and showed their people-oriented culture.

The interview process was smooth, efficient, and friendly, with quick feedback. It began with an HR interview where I learned about the company and the role. Next was the test task, which took about 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete. The second interview was technical, covering JavaScript and similar technologies. There was a built-in discussion. We tried to figure out the problem and find the best solution. Also, we had some technical questions. And I enjoyed this step! It was interesting. After that, I had interviews with the hiring manager and the team lead I'd potentially be working with. This part focused more on my experience and how I approach teamwork. I also had opportunities to ask questions about the company and role. I always received feedback, and the HR team was in touch with me throughout the hiring process.

So, the interview process went like this: first, a 30-minute chat with HR, then a 1.5-hour interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally, a 1.5-hour interview with the TechLead which included a coding challenge. Honestly, it was just okay. I didn't get much feedback on why I wasn't selected, just a standard email saying they went with someone else.
