Engine Inspector
It was super easy. The person interviewing me was really friendly and clearly explained the job duties and how much work is involved. They also told me what to expect next, both after the interview and if I get the job.
- Can you tell me about your previous job?
Systems Engineer
The interviewer did a great job. They were super open to any questions I had or things I needed clarified. Even when I wasn't sure about some answers or didn't have all the skills they were looking for, the interviewer was really understanding.
- Can you program in C++?
Buyer
I thought this interview was a total waste of my time. They didn't screen properly before inviting me. During the interview, they suddenly said they needed someone with a technical background, which is not my experience at all. It felt unprofessional.
- Do you have a technical background?
Process Engineer
The interview process took about four hours. I met with the hiring manager, HR, and the Purchasing manager, and they were all very friendly and even provided lunch. We also took a tour of the plant, which was great. The whole thing moved along nicely, and I felt good about it afterward. They covered my accommodation and travel expenses for the onsite interview.
- What motivates your interest in joining MTU?
- Could you describe your leadership approach?
