I thought this interview was a total waste of my time. They didn't screen properly before inviting me. During the interview, they suddenly said they needed someone with a technical background, which is not my experience at all. It felt unprofessional.

The interview process took about four hours. I met with the hiring manager, HR, and the Purchasing manager, and they were all very friendly and even provided lunch. We also took a tour of the plant, which was great. The whole thing moved along nicely, and I felt good about it afterward. They covered my accommodation and travel expenses for the onsite interview.
