The interview was scheduled quickly and I felt it went really well. They said they'd let me know either way within ten days, but after two weeks of no word, I sent an email. Still nothing. Three weeks later, I called and left a message, and still nothing. I know the job market is crazy right now, but a quick email saying I didn't get the job would've been nice. The interview itself was conducted well, but I was a bit bummed about how things ended.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I first saw a LinkedIn post from HR about an open position on the Digital Entertainment Team and reached out. We had a call where I learned more about the role and shared my PR background. Then, I was invited to interview with the EVP of the team. I briefly chatted with HR again before meeting the EVP for about 30 minutes. After that, I met two VPs separately for 30 minutes each. They asked me to follow up the next week. The following week, I had a second interview. I met with the HR rep, the EVP, and one of the VPs again. After each of those meetings, I met two more team members. The vibe was really relaxed, more like a chat than an interview, which was nice. I didn't feel stressed or rushed answering questions. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I got offered the job that same week.

Behavioral Technical

I had applied before but the timing didn't align. The HR coordinator reached out again when a new role opened up that they felt was a good match. This led to two phone screenings and an in-person interview with the team. The whole experience was good, efficient, and the HR coordinator was very helpful.
