The interview process felt sketchy; they never clarified what product was actually being sold, which was misleading as they used a reputable company's name. It had very pyramid scheme vibes. Interviews were conducted in HR employees' homes, which raised concerns about their business practices.

I really enjoyed my interview experience with RoCoco! The first interview was with the assistant manager, and you could tell he loved his job. In the second round, I met with a top executive who explained the growth and pay structure. They were very transparent and answered all my questions effectively. This is an amazing opportunity for someone willing to put in the effort to advance within the company! I would have accepted the offer if I didn't have to relocate out of state.

Behavioral Presentation

This was one of my best interview experiences. The check-in was smooth and everyone was friendly. My interview started right on time. Becky made me feel comfortable, which was great, given how nervous I was. I was invited back for a second interview where they went into more detail about the daily schedule and compensation. They answered all my questions easily. It seemed like a great place to work.
