The interview process felt sketchy; they never clarified what product was actually being sold, which was misleading as they used a reputable company's name. It had very pyramid scheme vibes. Interviews were conducted in HR employees' homes, which raised concerns about their business practices.

I applied online and got a call pretty quickly, within 48 hours. They wanted me to come to their downtown office, which turned out to be kind of small. I met with who seemed like the president, and while she was nice, I felt like something was off. She then asked me to come back the next day for another interview with a 'team leader'. Interestingly, another candidate was interviewed at the same time as me. That's when I found out the job was basically about going to a local Wal-Mart and trying to sell TV, Internet, and phone packages. I did accept the job at first, but then decided against it because I realized it wasn't for me. My advice to recent grads: it's a bit of a scam unless you're really keen on standing in a Wal-Mart and hustling for commission.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process took about two days. They first brought me in to their office in Milwaukee, which was pretty empty and didn't give me good vibes. Then there were just a bunch of basic interview questions. I had two interviews back to back within about an hour. The rest of the whole interview was spent trying to sell me on the dream and what I can accomplish. An offer was extended to me 2 days later.
