The interview started with a recruiter call that included general IT knowledge questions. They asked about salary expectations, and when I mentioned the 70-80k range, I was told it was too high. I also mentioned I was open to other offers after reviewing the entire compensation package. They repeatedly probed, in about four different ways, to gauge my desperation to work for Rockstar. Thankfully, the HR person, Stephen, was pretty cool. I didn't get to the next round. I've heard that gaming companies sometimes exploit fans, and I suspect Rockstar Games is no different.

It was completely automated and awkward. You would have a few questions to ask and had to record you answers with video but it wouldn't allow you enough time and I constantly was cut off, and you have 1/2 retry attempts before it submits you answer. Worst interview system I've ever used
