After I sent in my translation test, I then had to do a localization test, and a game QA test. After that, I had in-person interviews with HR, my direct team leader, and the localization team leader. I got a call from HR within a week and they offered me the job.

It took about a month to hear back after applying. The process included a one-way video interview where I was asked 5 questions. Before starting, there was a quick test to ensure my camera and microphone were working and to show how the process worked. During this practice, I was asked some lighthearted questions, like 'How do you make your favourite sandwich?' and 'What was your worst hairstyle?', which helped me relax a bit. You get about a minute to think about each question before recording your answer. I found that for some questions, the time limit was too short for the answer I wanted to give, so I had to leave out some points. Also, talking to a camera felt a little strange.

For the QA Tester role, they had me answer 5 questions with a quick prep time. The questions were pretty straightforward, like asking about my interest in Rockstar, my knowledge of the QA process, and what I could contribute. The first step was a one-way video interview where I recorded myself talking to the webcam, and that recording was sent for review. I didn't end up getting an offer, and I was bummed they wouldn't give me any feedback and didn't reply to my email.
