On the day of the drive, there were 4 rounds of interviews. It kicked off with a quick background check and asking about your interest in the role. Then, you played a game they provided to see how well you handled the controls on a console. After that, there was a written test covering grammar and an essay. The final round was an interview with the director and lead.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process involved questions about the games you play and like, reasoning puzzles, and an English test. I'm not sure what kind of people they are looking for. They never followed back after I asked for a social club ID. I applied twice, and the HR person wasn't really interested. As far as I know, there's a new HR person now.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

They had a gameplay test for console/PC, followed by a grammar test that was essay/MCQ based, and then a manager round. The company allowed direct walk-ins along with shortlisted candidates, which caused a lot of unnecessary waiting and wasted time for those who were already shortlisted. They seem to offer low salaries and aren't interested in hiring talented or experienced candidates. It's unclear what kind of employees they're looking to hire, and the whole interview process feels like a sham, possibly just to justify expenses to upper management.
