The interview started with a video assessment where basic questions about my interest in the job were asked. Then, I spoke with an internal recruiter to get more details about the role. After that, I was informed about a design test, followed by a meeting with the team. The recruiter mentioned the design test would be administered through a coding test website, which was confusing as I applied for a content designer role, not a programming role. I found it strange to be considered for a different position than the one I applied for.
