Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rockland Trust.
Bank Teller
The interview process was really fast. An HR person got back to me within a day or two after I applied. They were on top of things, not like I had to chase them. They set up the interview time to fit my schedule. They were very proactive. The woman I spoke with was nice, and the other staff I met were friendly too.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a stressful work situation.

The interview process was great and the interviewer was really nice. Treat it as a normal conversation and the interviewer can tell that you are enjoying the conversation as well and not just being nervous about the interview. And the followup with Human Resources was also an enjoyable experience.
- What attracts you to Rockland Trust?
Banker
Went through two interviews. The first one was mostly open-ended questions about personality, like asking about my strengths and weaknesses. The second one focused on how I would fit into the branch I was applying to. If you have strong soft skills, this interview shouldn't be hard.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
