It was a two-step interview process where I had to go to different places. Overall, it was a good experience, but they could have just done one interview. The questions were really basic interview questions.

Started with a call from HR, then had a zoom meeting with the hiring manager that was about 30 mins to an hour. After that, I went into the office for a 3-hour meeting where I met a few senior analysts, some portfolio managers, and the director. Finally, the director asked me to write a 3-page research paper on a specific company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got recommended by a friend and applied for a call back. 3 weeks later, had 2 interviews and got a verbal offer, which I accepted. When I went to the headquarters to meet the HR lady, I was being interviewed for a different position! Apparently, everything went well and I got salary info and an expected start date. Got a phone call for a 3rd interview with a manager who wasn't going to be my manager and had only been at the company for less than 5 months. The questions asked were about the goals at my previous bank, not behavioral or problem-solving, which was odd. The interview was unprofessional and discouraging. I believe it's a great company, but the VP is relying on new managers for hiring.

The interview process was simple and straightforward. First, there was a phone screen. The recruiter was responsive and asked good questions and follow-ups. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. However, it was hard to gauge their feedback or what they were looking for. They only sent a panned simple 1 line email stating they went with another candidate.
