Customer Experience Associate
I applied online and networked a lot, then got an email for an initial phone screen with the Director of Customer Experience. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the Director, a Team Lead, and the Product Director, with one-on-one time with each person. My third interview was with the People & Culture team. I got a job offer shortly after!

Customer Experience Associate
Applied online. Got an email back to set up an interview a couple hours later. Had an initial phone screen with the director of customer experience. A few days later, did a 3-person panel interview via zoom with the director, team lead, and an onboarding specialist. Finally, a few days later, had a zoom interview with the director of operations and had a lovely chat with her. Got an offer the same day!
