I had my first chat with Emily, who was really great and explained everything. She stayed in touch and made sure I knew what was coming next. The next step is a panel interview. She kept me updated on everything. I liked that she gave me realistic timelines and expectations, which isn't common; usually, you get no response or a generic one. But she always replied fast and kept me in the loop.

After a quick initial phone call with recruiting, I had a longer interview with the department supervisors. The first interview seemed to be about making sure we were on the same page. The final interview felt really comfortable and was about seeing if I'd be a good fit for the role and the company culture. The whole thing from applying to getting an offer was clear, made sense, and didn't take too long, which was great.

I had my first interview over the phone with their hiring director. It was basically an introductory interview to get to know me, my availability, and see if I was a good fit. If they liked me, I would move on to a second interview. My second interview was with the manager and supervisor on Google Meet. It involved STAR method questions, and they were pretty easy. I'd suggest incorporating the company's principles into your answers. Everyone was super nice and great to talk to! Overall, the interview was smooth and enjoyable.
