I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn about this role. The interview was conducted over the phone. They asked me to walk them through my past experience, especially my most recent two positions. They also inquired if I had other interviews ongoing, and if those were initiated by me applying or by recruiters.

A recruiter from Roc Search contacted me about a job at another company. We scheduled an interview, but they had to cancel it last minute. We rescheduled for the following week, but they didn't call or respond. It was very unprofessional.

I applied online and then got a call to discuss my background and experience, and they also told me more about the job. A few days later, I went for an in-person interview at their office. I met the founder, who was really professional and clear about the role. The whole process was super easy, and Hannah kept me updated and answered my questions even after work hours.

Behavioral Presentation Case Other

The interview process had two main parts. The first was more relaxed, mainly for the manager to get to know you and your background by discussing your CV. The second part was more challenging and lasted about two hours. You had to prepare and give a presentation at the beginning. A role-play exercise was included, which might be tough if you haven't worked in recruitment before, but they seem to value potential over experience for people from sales backgrounds, and they give you time to prepare for the scenario. The interviewer also asked questions related to the presentation. A great part was how clear and detailed they were about the role, company, pay, and incentives. They clearly stated they need a dedicated and hardworking consultant who is committed to the job. You could ask questions throughout both stages.
