I was supposed to have an initial interview but got the wrong zoom link and time, and ended up in someone else's meeting. It was pretty chaotic and I was told to hang up. Then I got an email for an interview a week later. The interviewer didn't apologize, but they did move me to the next round. Even though it was for an associate role, they spent over 45 minutes asking about my management style, which was confusing.

It was quite an extensive interview process. Started with an initial screening, then I had a first and second round interview with individual staff members. After that, there was a research and writing assignment. The final stage was a panel interview. They were pretty good about replying and seemed to value my time up until the very end, when they decided to reject me via a phone call after I'd already invested so much time. Honestly, they could have, and definitely should have, just made that final rejection call a phone call.

It started with a phone chat, then they had me come in for a 2-hour in-person meeting. The questions weren't too tough, but they really wanted to dig into everything I'd done before.
