I had several interviews with different managers, but they all rejected me by ghosting. I didn't hear back until I repeatedly contacted HR for updates. The only response I got was, 'sorry, we were on vacation and forgot.' For months, I kept reapplying through their system and received the same kind of rejections. It would be much better if they sent a rejection email promptly instead of ignoring me. They also kept reposting the same positions I applied for, which is frustrating since I wasn't considered good enough for a polite rejection despite having the required qualifications.
