Recruitment Consultant
The interview process was pretty good. I first had an interview with HR, and then a second one with the director of the department I was applying to. I had nice chats with both of them, and they were super clear and honest with their answers when I asked stuff. But, since I was coming from a different industry, I decided to go back to my old field instead of pushing myself into something totally new.

Recruiter
The interview process was quite efficient. I had the chance to connect with both local colleagues and some based in the UK. The questions were mostly competency-based, focusing on my experience, how I handle stakeholder management, and my understanding of working with KPIs and Metrics. We also discussed the practicalities of being located in SA while the client is in the UK and how that would function within a team.
- Can you tell me about your general recruitment experience?
- How would you respond to a specific situation you encountered during recruitment?
- Tell me about your experience with stakeholder management.
