Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Robert Walters.
Marketing
This is the rudest organisation I have ever applied to. I had a phone interview and 3 rounds of video interviews and then I was ghosted for 3 weeks. Eventually they asked about the status of my other applications without providing any feedback on my application to Resource Solutions. I replied but 3 weeks later I still haven't heard back. I have never had this elsewhere.
- Standard interview questions were asked in each round.
Marketing Executive
First interview was with the marketing manager in Japan, where I talked about my marketing experience in Korea and career aspirations. Then, I had an interview with the local country manager where I discussed my background and why I'm interested in this role.
- What specific type of role are you looking for?
- Tell me about your marketing experience in Korea.
- How do you envision your career developing in this field?
Marketing Assistant
the interview process was really good, it was informative and made me want the job even more than when i first applied for it. i also got to meet colleagues and see the office environment before hand which helped me picture myself in the role. it was not an intimidating interview but a good discussion on how my experiences will make me a suitable candidate.
- How would you handle the workload?
