The whole process lasted around 2-3 hours. I spoke with the head of the internship program and three managing directors. It was very in-depth behavioral/situational questions, and you really need to show you did your research on the company and the field of recruitment consulting. They kept probing until I gave a well-supported answer. It was tiring, but enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to.

I had a phone interview first, then if they wanted to move forward, I had an in person. They had me come into their office and talk to three people. The internship recruiter asked me some basic stuff, and then two executive recruiters asked me about myself and what I am doing.
