Recruiting Manager
The interview process was long and involved unpaid shadowing of employees for over an hour across multiple days. There was no follow-up, which felt unprofessional and disappointing given the time invested.
- What are your salary expectations?
Recruiter
It was two virtual interviews and then one in person interview that lasted a couple of hours and was pretty thorough. They said they are willing to train and have a pay structure where you get good pay before moving to a commission based pay scale.
- What drives you and motivates your hustle?
- What personal goals are you working towards?
Recruiter
I interviewed a few times throughout the second half of the year for a recruiter position. I met with several people downtown on two separate occasions. Initially, I spoke with a few people and then heard nothing back. When I followed up, I was told the role was being pushed to Q4. I reached out again in Q4 and went through the entire process again, which was positive. I was informed they wanted me on their team, but then silence returned. After another follow-up, I was told they preferred someone with more experience. Overall, I felt they weren't upfront and wasted a lot of my time. A friend who used to work there warned me not to even consider it, and she was right about how they treat people.
- Can you discuss your career aspirations?
- Can you walk me through your experience and history?
