I had a terrible time with Robert Half. They helped me find a job, but the communication was really bad and unprofessional. I got an offer, but when I asked for a little more time to think about it, they withdrew the offer. They said it would 'hurt their brand' and didn't even talk to the company I was supposed to be hired by. It felt like they ignored my concerns and career goals. Since I'm just starting my career, I was hoping for more support and transparency. This whole experience makes me wonder about their values, especially since they claim to be a leader in staffing.

It started with a Skype interview, then I had to do some tests on my typing and financial knowledge. After that, I went to the office for a one-on-one with the senior staffing exec who would be my boss. Then there was another Skype interview with a different senior staffing exec, and after that, I got the offer.

When I got there, I filled out a quick questionnaire asking about my availability and what I expect to earn. Then I talked to a recruiter who was really nice and professional. They asked some good questions and gave me positive feedback. I think they'll be helpful when jobs pop up. We also discussed the current openings they have.
