Executive Assistant
Once you turn in your resume, a recruiter will contact you. They will then help you update your resume so that it will get noticed the most.
- What is the most important aspect you are seeking in your career?
Office Administrator
It was quick, and they were really good with helping me find a job. They set me up with a good number of interviews. They were a hit or miss. I had one interview with one of their clients that wanted to put me through the next steps. However, when I asked Robert Half if they heard back from them, they said that they decided to proceed with a different candidate. It took them 2 weeks to let me know about it. And then they eventually stopped reaching out to me.
- Can you describe your typical daily responsibilities?
Executive Assistant
I had interviews for two executive assistant positions in São Paulo with two different headhunters. Both times, I had issues getting feedback after more than two weeks. They would say the manager hadn't responded, but the selected candidate was already working. It's ridiculous and insane, showing a total lack of empathy. It's not hard to say yes or no, but you have to beg for feedback. After begging, kneeling, and humbling myself, I finally got the feedback: 'the manager really liked your profile but opted for another candidate.' Which was obvious, right? Anyway, it was very bad.
