The recruiter reached out to me for a role she thought I was a good fit for. After looking at my resume, she scheduled an interview with a panel of three people. Luckily, the interview was pretty straightforward, especially since I work with those panel members daily.

The interview process included expected Business Analyst questions based on my past experience. It went well, and I accepted the offer. The recruiter kept me updated on the progress, and overall, I enjoyed the interview experience. We just need to be prepared with what we have in the resume.

I spoke with a recruiter who said they could help me set up an interview with the employer. They asked about my salary expectations, location, and other details, and said they would follow up. I thought the interview process went well and we spoke a few times after that, but then they just stopped responding and didn't return any calls. It seems like once a recruiter meets their quota for a position, you might just become a statistic to show they've contacted enough people. It's happened to me before, kind of like car salespeople trying to hit their monthly targets. Don't get discouraged if this happens; just keep applying!
