Software Engineer
The selection process has four rounds to check your technical skills and if you fit the role. Round 1 is a Written Test to see how you solve problems, code, and think logically. It covers analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and programming questions. This might be online or in-person. Round 2 is Technical Interview – Part 1, where we check your core technical skills like data structures, algorithms, OOP, and how you solve problems. We'll also ask about your past projects and tech choices. You should explain your thinking and maybe code on a whiteboard. Round 3 is Technical Interview – Part 2, continuing the technical check with harder stuff. This could involve system design, deep dives into specific skills, or behavioral questions about teamwork and decisions. Live coding might happen too. A senior person or lead usually does this round. Round 4 is the HR Interview, focusing on if you fit the company culture, your communication, and future potential. We'll talk about your career goals, work environment, salary, and company values. It's also your chance to ask us questions.
