First there was an online test which was technical and reasoning based. The technical questions were quite hard and specific to the department, for me it was related to Mechanical Engineering. Then there was a Technical Interview that went on for about 35 minutes. Lastly, a Personal Interview was conducted for around 25 minutes, which started with basic questions like 'Tell me about yourself' and then moved on to some competency-based questions.

After resumes were screened, candidates were flown to Bangalore for the next stages. The initial rounds involved a group discussion on a case study and a 5-minute presentation about myself and my achievements. These were the main elimination rounds, and only 5 out of 40 candidates moved forward. Following this, there was a 1-hour interview in the evening with a panel of 3, including the Bosch HR head for India. This interview focused on general and stress questions, testing reactions under pressure. These first three rounds concluded on the same day. About a month later, the two remaining candidates out of the original 40 were interviewed by the business head of the relevant department. This interview was more casual and included some technical questions. The results were announced the next day.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process included a technical and HR round, with two panelists in each. Each round lasted 50 minutes and was quite basic. The HR round was a bit grilling because I rejected my internship's employer PPO, but it wasn't too stressful. The technical round was easy and just reviewed the basics, discussing topics from my resume.
