Bosch's hiring process usually goes like this: you submit your application, then there's an initial screening. After that, you might have technical and behavioral interviews, maybe an assessment, and then a final interview. They really look at your technical skills, how you solve problems, and if you're a good cultural fit.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was held in a very bad environment. Upper management is not good. People outside of Maharashtra consider themselves owners of the company. Security is annoying. They don't respect employees on the machine shop. Security has more authority than any engineer here.
