They started with a question about myself. Then there were questions about my projects, so I had to know them well. I was asked about OOPs concepts like inheritance and polymorphism and their real-life applications. Also asked about software testing types and the SDLC lifecycle. Finally, there was an easy coding question.

Started with a technical intro, asking about past projects and internships if they were related to the core engineering field. There were follow-up questions on those topics too. They also asked about my subjects of interest and my current/past coursework. The focus was heavily on subjects like Power Electronics, Control Systems, Electric Circuits, and a bit of Analog and Digital Electronics. The whole thing took about 25-30 minutes.

It was through campus placements. First round had aptitude and mechanical questions. If you clear that, you'll get invited for the second round, which is the interview. The interview wasn't hard but I couldn't answer some questions. Be prepared with your projects and internship experience (mainly what you did, what was the project's objective, etc). Expect very basic mechanical questions. If you clear that, you'll get into the HR round which I suspect will be easy. In my case, the HR directly told me that I was selected for the position and congratulated me. He didn't ask any other questions. Overall, the process was good.
