So there was this mandatory technical written test, like 68% of the whole thing. They had separate papers for ECE and CSE. We had to fill out a form and then were given answer sheets, OMR sheets actually. You needed a pencil, HB, but they said pen was fine if you didn't have one. Also needed a passport photo. The test was for 60 minutes with 60 questions. It was 2 marks for a correct answer and minus 0.25 for a wrong one. I tried looking at old papers from this site but it didn't help, the pattern was totally new! You gotta be well-prepared with the basics. For ECE, focus on basic electronics, a bit of network analysis, electronic circuits, microprocessors, operating systems, CCN, aptitude, and English. The first fifteen questions were tough, but the rest were easier. If you prepare well for those, you'll surely clear at least 32 questions. So here are some questions I remember, not in order:...

The interview process involved a tech round with an HR Manager. They asked about my previous experience and how I handle crisis situations. The discussion also covered GD&T, SPC, MSA, past experiences, dealing with bad suppliers, how I learned about BOSCH, and the 7 QC tools.
