It was through campus placements. First, we had a technical assessment, then a technical round, which was one-on-one. Then, students who passed it were allowed to the HR round. After that, within 2 weeks, we got the result.

I applied to this company through my college and the interview process had 2 steps. First, an Aptitude Test with questions on English, Physics, and Maths. Then, a Technical Round and an HR Round. The Technical round had questions on Engineering Drawing, MQC, Strength of Materials, and other basic Mechanical Engineering concepts. The HR round was basically to test your confidence and attitude, asking questions about yourself.

I applied through my university. First, they conducted the AMCAT test on campus. There was a 2-3 week gap between the test and when I got shortlisted. After that, there was a technical interview and then a personal interview. They really value knowledge quality. If candidates who qualified in the AMCAT test didn't meet their expectations, they would call the next group for an interview.
