& Process

There were 3 interviews in total: 1 screening and 2 in-person. It was a pretty typical process. Everyone was really nice, and overall it was a good experience. You can tell everyone really enjoys working there. The first interview was a phone screening. Then it was a one-on-one. Finally, it was a group interview.

Applied via Indeed and then had a recruiter phone call where they asked basic questions about why I want the job, my future aspirations, and what interests me about the role. About a week later, I had a virtual interview with the area manager that included casual conversation for the first 15 minutes and then time for me to ask questions about the job. The area manager expressed positive feelings and mentioned scheduling a next step with the operations manager. However, after not hearing back, I contacted the recruiter, who was also unaware of the decision, despite the earlier positive feedback. A few days later, the area manager emailed to inform me that hiring plans had changed and they might reach out in a few weeks. Since then, the position has been reposted multiple times on Indeed.

I had a quick phone chat where they asked about my background and told me about the company and the job. I was supposed to have an in-person interview, but when the recruiter emailed to set it up, she said the role was already taken. I'm not sure if that's true, but it feels like a growing company. The recruiter was nice.
