It was a 30 minute phone interview with lots of repetitive questions, just worded differently. The second round was in person, where they seemed to try to sell the job and asked if I could see myself in the role. They asked similar questions to the first interview for about 20-30 minutes. I didn't get to round 3 and never heard back. The interviewer called the morning after the first round, and I was supposed to hear back the next day or end of day from the second round, but they ghosted me. I get that people get busy, but I reached out and still got no answer. A rejection would've been more professional than silence. The office vibe seemed like new grads in PJs. If you're looking for a professional technical setting, this isn't it.

I had a simple phone interview. They called me the day after I applied. It was pretty conversational. After they asked me some standard questions, they had me rate how comfortable I was with different things like tracheostomy care, diabetic care, and seizures.

Applied via Indeed and then had a recruiter phone call where they asked basic questions about why I want the job, my future aspirations, and what interests me about the role. About a week later, I had a virtual interview with the area manager that included casual conversation for the first 15 minutes and then time for me to ask questions about the job. The area manager expressed positive feelings and mentioned scheduling a next step with the operations manager. However, after not hearing back, I contacted the recruiter, who was also unaware of the decision, despite the earlier positive feedback. A few days later, the area manager emailed to inform me that hiring plans had changed and they might reach out in a few weeks. Since then, the position has been reposted multiple times on Indeed.

I had a really disorganized and weird experience interviewing with this company. The main thing that stood out to me was how unfriendly their candidate interviewing process was. The way they interview really seems to bring out affinity bias. They ask a ton of personal questions to see if you're a "good fit." You can tell the questions they ask make them prefer people who have similar qualities to them. They say it's a "way to get to know their applicants," but most of the questions were too personal, uncomfortable, and based on my life instead of my skills. They really need to remove unconscious bias from their hiring process! If you're from a diverse background, I wouldn't recommend applying because they seem to be looking for a very specific type of person, and it's really obvious. They also asked me to come in for a "pit sit" and then backed out, which I'm actually glad about. It made me realize I wouldn't want to work for Ro.
