I felt the interview process was very thorough. They made sure that as a candidate, I really understood what the position entailed. Overall, they made the entire experience great, especially for me since I hadn't been in an interview in 10 years.

I was contacted by the recruiter about the job opening to confirm my interest and get more details. She then arranged an interview with the hiring leaders. Right before the call, she gave me a prep session, which was very helpful. The recruiter interview was about 30 minutes long. They asked me some questions, and then I shadowed someone to see if I liked the role.

I applied online and a few days later, the talent manager called me. My first interview was with her. Then I had three more interviews, speaking with a total of 7 managers. One of those was a phone interview. This whole process took about two and a half weeks. It felt way too long, and I felt like I wasted a lot of time and energy answering the same questions repeatedly for different managers. Ultimately, I didn't get an offer, and the talent manager couldn't give me a clear reason why, and she seemed surprised too.
