Credentialing Coordinator
I got referred by an old colleague and heard back super fast, like within a week of applying! First, I had a phone interview with Liz, who was really nice and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. Then came the Zoom interview, which was cool because they had other candidates there with us in the main room, and we got to chat and break the ice, making it pretty comfortable. After that, I interviewed with two leaders. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and engaging – I really hope I get the job so I can work with them.

Account Executive Administrator
So first, a recruiter from RNnetwork reached out and we had a 30-minute call to just chat and see if we were a good fit. They really focus on personality first and experience second. The next day, we had a Zoom meeting, and after that went well, I had a Zoom interview with the director of the department. That was about 40 minutes and was also very focused on personality and cultural fit, and I got to talk about my past work experience. It's a pretty chill process, and if you're level-headed and seem like a team player, you'll probably get a chance to work with them since they're growing.
- What is one thing you would critique about yourself, either personally or professionally, and how would you go about improving it?
Learning and Development Specialist
I had an initial chat with the recruiter that went really well. Right after, she called back to set up the next interview with my boss. I met with him on zoom a few days later, and that went great too. The recruiter called me back later that same day to plan a panel zoom interview for the next week. After that, I didn't hear anything for 5 weeks. Then, surprisingly, the recruiter emailed to see if I was still interested in moving forward to the next step, which was a mock sales training presentation to a panel over zoom. I was thrilled to accept. After that presentation, my current supervisor called with the job offer a few days later.
- How did you prepare and present your mock training presentation?
- Can you share some examples of situational and behavioral questions you were asked?
Recruiting Assistant
First interview was a phone call, then a week later I had an interview at RN Network where I interviewed with 4 different people and shadowed a recruiter assistant. A week after that I was called to come back in where I interviewed with two different people and shadowed a recruiter. This process took three weeks before I reached out to find out if I had got the job or not, they then told me to give them a few days to make a decision and eventually told me they're moving forward with other candidates. I had 7 interviews with this company and shadowed 2 different people. It took a lot of my time. I interviewed great and really clicked with everyone I interviewed with, to only be told that they're moving forward with other candidates. Everyone of the managers will pretend to LOVE you and act like you're perfect for the job only to string you along for three more weeks.
- Can you share a song that reflects your work ethic?
