Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RKL.
Audit Intern
The interview felt very laid back, more like a conversation than an actual interview. The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. They really encouraged me to ask a lot of questions, so it's a good idea to have some prepared.
- Do you have any questions for us?
Audit Intern
It was a really chill interview. They just asked me some questions to get to know me better. Nothing too challenging, mostly just standard interview stuff. The people interviewing me were really nice and seemed truly interested in what I had to say.
- Tell me about a project that you found particularly fulfilling.
Audit Associate
It was a super chill, chatty interview. They didn't ask any hard-hitting technical stuff, and the people interviewing me were really nice. I talked with a tax and audit manager. It took a while to get a response back from them.
- Which would you prefer, audit or tax?
